The Medicare program includes what is widely known as Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage and Supplemental Policies. But, let a Benefits Concierge Group agent help you navigate the options and eligibility process at NO COST and with absolutely NO COMMITMENT.

The ideal options to take care of your health

When can I be eligible for Medicare?

If you meet any of the below characteristics, you may qualify for the Medicare program:

  • I am turning 65 years old (Keep in mind that you are eligible for Medicare within 3 months of turning 65 years old)
  • I am not 65 or older but I have a disability and receive disability benefits.
  • I have ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease.
  • I have kidney disease that requires dialysis

What are the parts of Medicare?

Medicare is divided into a total of 4 parts, which cover different types of individual health expenses. These parts are as follows:

Part A (hospital insurance):

This covers the person's stays in a hospital and each of the medical expenses that arise from home services.

Part B (Medical Insurance):

Covers expenses for outpatient medical care and preventive services.

Part C (Medicare Advantage):

It is an insurance that provides comprehensive coverage, including the expenses of parts A, B and D. These are offered by private companies.

Part D (Prescription Drug Plan):

Covers the cost of the treatment that has been prescribed for the patient for their recovery and is known as PDP.

These are the Medicare Parts that provide you with health coverage. Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance) are known as Original Medicare. In order to take advantage of Parts C and D, or to select Medicare’s supplemental policies, you must enroll in Original Medicare. A Benefits Concierge Group agent will show you how to enroll and then how to walk you through the additional Parts so you get the best coverage options available for your wallet and at your location.

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage, also known as Medicare Part C, is an alternative to plan within the Medicare program that allows you to obtain the benefits of coverage offered in Part A, Part B and Part D. The difference is that the benefits coverage is offered by Medicare-approved private carriers. To choose this option in order to receive Medicare health benefits, you must first sign up for Original Medicare.
At Benefits Concierge Group, we can help you select the best Medicare Advantage option based on your specific needs, requirements and location. Benefits Concierge Group will help you navigate all the plans available to you and the enrollment process.

Medical Supplemental Policies (Medigap)

Medicare also offers supplemental policies that can help you cover some of the services and costs not covered through Medicare Parts A and B. These are called Medical Supplemental Policies and are also known as Medigap.

Medigap, like Medicare Advantage, is offered through private carriers or companies. Some include the Medicare Prescription Drug Plan or PDP.

Be sure to ask one of our Benefits Concierge Group agents about Medigap plans in your area. Our Benefits Concierge Group agents will show you the Medigap programs in your area and answer all your questions to allow you to make the selection that benefits you most.

Prescription Drug Plan (Stand Alone PDP)

The Stand-Alone Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) is separate from Medicare Part D. PDP is a prescription drug insurance plan offered by private carriers and companies. PDP can be purchased if you already have Medicare Parts A and B, but have no prescription drug coverage.

Benefits Concierge Group is authorized to offer PDP with several carriers and companies. Let a Benefits Concierge Group agent show you which PDP is available in your area and which suits your prescription coverage needs.
