Principal and Founder
Francisco “Frank” Perdomo attended Jamaica High School’s Exclusive Academy of Finance Program where he was a Scholarship recipient and later attended SUNY Binghamton to study Finance and Spanish. Prior to graduation, Frank was extended his first job offer at Oxford Health Plans, where his true entrepreneurship qualities began to emerge. Frank wrote a proposal and was granted the sole opportunity to develop the Hispanic Initiative at Oxford Health Plans which focused on Hispanic-owned companies in the NY-NJ-CT tri-state area.
Later, Frank took a recess from the insurance industry and tried out other business ventures in New York and Florida. His long overdue return to his roots in New York after 11 years in Florida, brought him back into the insurance industry in New York. Frank quickly learned the government side of the insurance space and also quickly learned to identify the gaps and disconnects within the industry. With a best-in-class training from organizations like Access Medicare and Wellcare Health Plans, Frank’s entrepreneurship qualities resurfaced again, only this time with more experience, focus and maturity to appreciate that he could make a tremendous and positive impact to effect change in this industry.
Frank launched a new business venture in 2016 giving birth Benefits Concierge Group, with the primary goal of catering and helping the vulnerable Senior market and providing them with the most genuine VIP experience, unheard of in the industry. Francisco’s aspirations are not so much focused on leaving a legacy or accumulating wealth, but on shifting the mindset in the art of selling insurance to an approach rooted in being HUMANITARIAN and RESPECTFUL to the Senior population. People are becoming eligible in huge numbers and under different circumstances than previous generations. Frank’s concept is cognizant of and responsive to the new realities of our Senior population. Benefits Concierge Group is founded on this concept rooted in his core values coupled with leadership and experience. The rest is history in the making with the Right People, Products and Process.
